Full automatic pipe sampler
Automatic pipe sampler of fully enclosed turning crank, which combines the advantages of many different sampler used in mines. This automatic pipe sampler with fully enclosed turning crank has such characteristics as new structure, reasonable design, reliable performance, simple installation and easy operation etc. This sampler is mounted along the pipeline, and there is no need for elevation difference. Thus no pressure head lose is caused. Because of the special structure of the sampling spoon and sampling perpendicular to the slurry flow, the sampling is accurate and representative. Sampling time is adjustable between 5 minuets to 50 minutes. New optoelectronic technology is applied to the electrical part and complete safety protection circuit is prepared and so its control is rather simple, action sensible and safety reliable. It is an ideal equipment to replace the old sampler.
