1.High temperature, high pressure, no-cyanide, auto-control of desorption, with features of high efficiency, low consumption and rapid.
2.High-efficiency: when the grade of loaded carbon reaches 3000 g/t, the desorption rate can reach more than 96%, the barren carbon tenor with this equipment comparing with that of normal desorption electrowinning equipment will reduce by 50%-75%.
3.Rapid:The temperature of desorption electrowinning can reach as high as 150℃ (generally 30~55℃ higher than in other kind system),and the working pressure of system can reach as high as 0.5Mpa(generally 0.2~0.5Mpa higher than in other kind system),so the desorption electrowinning is rapid with 12 hours typically (50%~75% time shortened).
4.Low consumption: the same temperature for desorption, no need of heat-exchanging, working speed is rapid, power consumption is 1/2~1/4 of normal system.
5.No cyanide: no need of adding NaCH into the desorption liquid; low cost; no pollution.
6.High grade gold mud; no need of antielectrowinning; gold slurry extraction easy.
